We understand that occasionally issues can arise, and we will always do our best to resolve problems fairly and efficiently.

Returns Policy

At Lifespan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will always do our best to help.

Due to the nature of pet food products, we are only able to accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original condition. Approved refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • and photographs where possible

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, refund or exchange where appropriate.

Unwanted Items

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Returned products must be:

  • unopened
  • unused
  • and in a resaleable condition

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where approved.

Please allow several working days for refunds to appear depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • opened bags of pet food
  • partially used products
  • items not in resaleable condition

unless the product is faulty or damaged.
